Our home is a peaceful place to relax. Please avoid parties and loud music so everyone can enjoy the calm.
🔕 Siesta & Quiet Hours
Please respect the local quiet times:
- Siesta: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Nighttime quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the house is not allowed. If smoke odors or stains are detected, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
👥 Registered Guests Only
Only the guests listed in your booking are allowed to stay overnight.
🏠 When Leaving the House
Before heading out, please turn off the air conditioners, lights, and all devices. Also, close the skylight window in the kitchen to prevent water damage in case of a sudden rain shower.
🍽️ Using the Kitchen
Feel free to use all kitchen equipment and utensils. Before checkout, please wash any dishes used—we don’t have a dishwasher.
🕒 Check-Out Time
Please check out by 11:00 AM so we have time to prepare the house for the next guests (unless otherwise agreed).
⏰ Need an extra day or late checkout? Let us know in advance—otherwise, unplanned extra days could require us to take standard local steps, which we’d really like to avoid.
🚮 Trash Bins Location
Please take out the trash to the nearby bins located at the corner of C. Río Vinalopó and Calle Orden Dórico – Google Maps link
👚 Laundry & Drying
You’ll find a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen—feel free to use them during your stay. If the dryer’s water tank (top left corner) is full, please empty it. There’s also a drying rack available in the house.
