Getting Started
When you want to create an account on AlacantHouse, simply click the “Register” button on our website and choose whether you want to host or rent. If you’re planning to book a stay, you can sign up for a Guest account.
Your dashboard offers an overview of your account activity, including your listings, reservations, earnings, and messages. It allows you to manage your profile, view bookings, and access essential tools—all in one centralized location.
Listing and Booking
Once your account is a Host account, you can add a new listing by clicking “Add New Listing” on your dashboard. Fill out the required details, upload high-quality photos, and provide a comprehensive description of your property. Please note that new listings may take up to 4 hours to appear in search results.
Guests can book your property directly through our platform. You will receive booking notifications and can manage all reservations through your dashboard. Our system is designed to streamline the process and enhance communication between you and your guests.
Payments and Earnings
Payments are processed securely via methods such as PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. You can choose your preferred payout method in the “Wallet” section of your dashboard. Typically, payouts are processed within 48 hours after guest check-in.
Yes, a service fee is deducted from your earnings for each booking. Detailed fee information is available in the “Prices and Fees” section of your dashboard.
Account Management
You can manage your account settings—including updating your profile information and changing your password—under the “Profile” section in your dashboard.

Additional Questions
You can upgrade your listing to “Featured” through the “My Listings” section of your dashboard. Featured listings gain higher visibility across our platform, particularly during peak periods.
Reservations can be canceled by contacting the guest through our messaging system or directly via your dashboard, in accordance with our cancellation policies.
Our platform includes an integrated messaging system within your dashboard, which allows you to send and receive messages with your guests. All communications are logged for your convenience.
We recommend maintaining a clean, safe environment and providing all essential amenities. Regularly update your listing and respond promptly to guest inquiries to ensure a high-quality experience.
